Option 1
Insurance Carrier/Claim Hotlines.
Most of the Insurance Carriers we represent operate a Claim Reporting Hotline.
Reporting your claim using these numbers ensures the most rapid response from the Insurance Carrier. If your Carrier is not listed, proceed to Option 3.

Some of the carriers also allow direct online claim reporting. If you prefer this method, the following carriers are available:

ABI Insurance Agency CSR/24 Online System
We provide broad online services for Clients. The CSR/24 System allows you to report to the Agency any claims that have occurred. Click here to login and select "Report a Claim". If you do not have access to this system, please proceed to option 4.
Option 4
ABI Insurance Agency Telephone/Fax or In-person Reporting
Our Customer Service Department is available Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 8:00pm Central Standard Time and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm CST, to assist you with claims. If the above options do not work for your particular need, please feel free to call our office at (773) 202-9666 or fax detailed description of how the loss occurred to (773) 205-9666.
